I dont know about you but I’ve really enjoyed the last few weeks of sharing these posts about the great commercials of Milk Verse… Who knows maybe they’ll make it into a web game ala mortal kombat style. But let’s bring it back to the basics…
Since breakfast is a super important time of day to enjoy protein (and get that brain working) – check out these awesome Protein Fight Club recipes found on TheBreakfastProject.com – here’s my pick.
Protein-Packed Berry Burst Smoothie
Ingredients
1 packet – plain instant oatmeal
½ cup – fat free or lowfat milk
½ cup – strawberries, hulled, chopped
1 tablespoon – honey
1/8 teaspoon – ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon – walnuts, chopped
Directions: Combine first five ingredients in the carafe of a blender. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, blend the mixture until smooth. Top with chopped walnuts.
Makes 1 serving (4 ounces milk per serving)
Nutrition: 280 calories; 7 g fat; 0 g saturated fat; 0mg cholesterol; 10 g protein; 50 g carbohydrates; 5 g fiber; 80 mg sodium; 250mg calcium (25% of daily value). Nutrition figures based on using fat free milk.
I was a big fan of Monsters Inc and my son was a super fan of the movie. When we heard about Monsters University we both laughed and said to each other yahhh we’ll totally see that – and thats just what we did. We saw the movie a couple of days early and loved it… Now we’re totally excited that we get to watch it over and over again. For me there is an animal house aspect and for him its those lovable monsters.
Ever since college-bound Mike Wazowski (voice of Billy Crystal) was a little monster, he has dreamed of becoming a Scarer—and he knows better than anyone that the best Scarers come from Monsters University (MU). But during his first semester at MU, Mike’s plans are derailed when he crosses paths with hotshot James P. Sullivan, “Sulley” (voice of John Goodman), a natural-born Scarer. Featuring a score from recent Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee and award-winning composer Randy Newman (“Monsters, Inc.,” “Toy Story 3“), MU also includes music from Axwell and Sebastian Ingrosso of Swedish House Mafia.

I love my NCAA football mainly cause I went to college where the team was really about hockey – so when it comes to college football I root for the teams I want to win – when I need them to win. When it comes to windows phones I have always liked Nokia… Then Nokia changed the game by dropping 41 megapixels into a phone?! like what?! 41 megapixels that there is crazy talk.
A smartphone like no other.
The Nokia Lumia 1020, powered by Windows Phone 8, comes with MS Office and all the unique Lumia features like Nokia Music and free voice-guided navigation.
The big thing here is how they changed the function of zoom so really you get this large picture that you’ll crop down to the size you need.
I love how Windows OS intergrates great into exchange but also great intergration with twitter and facebook.
It runs on the AT&T network – I’ve been on with the AT&T network for over 10 years now… thankfully being grandfathered into the unlimited data plan otherwise I cant even imagine the crazy bills I’d be great from enjoying the photos I’m snapping.

As a child whenever I wasn’t feeling ok my mom made me chicken noodle soup and of course it was Campbell’s Chicken Noodle Soup. When Campbell reached out to me to be an ambassador – I was honored.
