American Laundromat Records proudly presents Tanya Donelly (Belly, Breeders, Throwing Muses), Jenny Owen Youngs, and Julie Peel celebrating the release of “Sing Me To Sleep – Indie Lullabies,” a whimsical collection of lullabies and popular songs re-imagined as lullabies by some of today’s best indie artists. This is an all-ages kids-friendly event with live performances, face-painting, balloons, crafts and lots of fun for all ages. All proceeds from this wonderful project are donated to The Valerie Fund, a non-profit organization that provides for the comprehensive health care of children with cancer and blood disorders. $20 adults / $12 children under 12

Foofa loves animals and she tracks an animal to find out about it. The Gabba gang also discovers some silly animals that only could be found in Gabbaland. I had a chance to play the Wii version which of course give you motion controls… Which makes it a super fun game but on the Xbox 360 version you get kick as graphics. The game translates really well on both platforms and has been so much fun to play (even after the kiddo goes to sleep).
Looking forward to see more games in the Backyard sports series… still crossing fingers for a kickball/dodgeball game!
